Bees No Birds
It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood...
It's a neighborly day in this beauty wood...
So in true Mr. Rogers fashion, I decided to tour the back yard.
I became mesmerized by the bees swarming over the plants!
The adventure continued to the front yard.
I found a bird nest but there were no birds...
it may have been abandoned....
or from last year.
The adventures continued at the park...but that is for another time.
We made the most of this beautiful day!
I am sharing at Outdoor Wednesday hosted by Susan at A Southern Daydreamer.
Oh what beautiful flowers you have in your backyard and what great pics of the bee! We're still having snow flurries here in Toronto, lol. Sigh......
ReplyDeleteWhat fantastic pics, wow!! Still no bees here but I can sense their imminent arrival.
ReplyDeleteYou took some great photos especially the bees.
ReplyDeleteWow, that is a very thick bird's nest, it can be very difficult and long to make. Maybe the owners already left, or maybe already in my post, haha! I love your heading than the bees photos though. That heading gave me a happy smile.
ReplyDeleteOh Kate, what wonderful photographs, they are just awesome! I'm your newest follower, happy I found your neat blog!

ReplyDeleteI love that bird nest too!!
Oh wow, the close up of the bee on the flower is amazing.
ReplyDeleteWe found an empty nest in our large holly bush and we are looking forward to seeing if it will be inhabited this year.
LOVE your photos!
ReplyDeleteWonderful captures of the bees. Is the nest from last year. Maybe a new bird will use it again. Great photos. Have a wonderful weekend and Happy Easter.
