SPLAT!

I have to admit that I have never opened the refrigerator door and had something jump out at me! Not a good thing..more of a messy thing...amazingly, the plate did not break.  Guess the eggs cushioned the fall!

Were the eggs good?  Who knows?  I had tried a new recipe...topped them with tiny pieces of bacon and chives.  I never sampled one.

When I make them again...I will do a taste test!  Then, I will share the recipe....

  3. I would have been forced to use the 5 second rule, scoop those babies up and give them a try unless of course the dog had just paid a visit to the area.

  11. Oh dear, I've had similar things happen - not too long ago I flipped a cake out of the pan and it flipped right onto the floor, even worse it was on the carpet in front of my island, yuck. Your eggs look quite delicious, I love a good deviled egg and bacon and chives sound like a wonderful combination!
