Portuguese-Style Cod and Beans En Papilote

 It is fun to do something different when preparing a meal.  In my book, cooking in paper qualifies as something very different!  I love the idea of dinner in a tidy little pack.  The fish steams surrounded by herbs.  The result is perfect fish each time I have made it.

So delicious!  It is exciting to open your small package and find a beautiful piece of cod resting on plump white beans and surrounded by fresh herbs.  Mmmm.
