Water Wheel on the Hood Canal
We couldn't drive by...I had to have pictures. I love the sound of water. The creek running by and the water splashing on the wheel brought a smile....
It was a great day for driving along the Hood Canal, Washington.
I am participating in Outdoor Wednesday hosted by Susan at A Southern Daydreamer.
That is so cute!! Thanks for sharing these photos!

What a pretty site. I couldn't have driven by without stopping either.

Nice shots Kathy, I would have had to stop also. While working I went to a school two times for a week each at a resort called Alderbrook located on the Hood canal and I loved the area. It was beautiful and since it was February, on a clear day we could see the snow on the Olympic Mtns.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a gorgeous setting. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty--thank you for sharing the lovely photos. I live in Washington State, and Hood Canal, along with Port Townsend, are some of my very favorite spots in the state. Take care--have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of this water wheel. Now I will have something new to explore.
